Refund policy
Perishable Goods
All of our products are freshly made to order and are perishable items. For this reason, we cannot accept returns. Once your order has been dispatched/collected, it cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a problem with the product.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange either:

A replacement sent out (where possible), or

A partial/full refund, depending on the situation.
Quality Issues
We take great care in baking and packaging our products. If you feel your order does not meet our usual high standards, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery/collection. Refunds and replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if we are notified at least 24 hours before the dispatch date.

After this time, we may have already started preparing your order and cannot guarantee a refund.
Allergies
All allergens are listed on our website and packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to check ingredients before placing an order. We cannot issue refunds where allergy information has been provided in advance.
