Welcome to Benny’s Bakes! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Once your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary (e.g. if ingredients are unavailable or an error in pricing occurs).

2. Products

  • Our bakes are handmade in small batches. As such, slight variations in size, appearance, or decoration may occur.

  • Full ingredient and allergen information is provided on our website and packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this before purchasing.

3. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

  • While we take care to list allergens clearly, all products are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.

  • We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery & Collection

  • We currently offer local collection and UK delivery for selected products.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

  • Refunds or replacements are only issued where products arrive damaged, incorrect, or not to standard. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before dispatch for a full refund. After this, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

8. Use of Products

  • Our products are intended for personal use and enjoyment only. They must not be resold without our written consent.

9. Liability

  • Benny’s Bakes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
